Harehare is a mono-white blink/value Commander deck built around ETB creatures and repeatable flicker effects. Its core plan is to repeatedly exile and return creatures like Spirited Companion, Thraben Inspector, Wall of Omens, Inspiring Overseer, Priest of Ancient Lore, Circuit Mender, and Lone Missionary to generate steady card draw, life gain, and board value.

Key synergies come from blink enablers such as Ephemerate, Cloudshift, Teleportation Circle, Conjurer’s Closet, Restoration Angel, Felidar Guardian, and Semester’s End, plus bounce creatures like Kor Skyfisher, Glint Hawk, and Whitemane Lion. The deck also uses blink as interaction, reusing removal bodies and effects like Banishing Light, Oblivion Ring, Touch the Spirit Realm, and especially Stonehorn Dignitary to lock down combat.

It generally wins by grinding opponents out with repeated ETB value, building a board of small creatures and tokens, and eventually overwhelming the table through incremental advantage rather than a fast combo finish.
