Cycling Pride Parade is a Jeskai (white-blue-red) Commander deck led by Gavi, Nest Warden, built as a cycling/token-value deck with a light Cat tribal subtheme.

Its main plan is to cycle cards repeatedly to generate value from payoffs like Drake Haven, Ominous Seas, Shark Typhoon, Valiant Rescuer, Drannith Stinger, Drannith Healer, and Zenith Flare, while Gavi gives a free cycle each turn and makes Dinosaur Cat tokens. Cards like Astral Drift, Astral Slide, and Escape Protocol turn cycling into repeatable blink/control effects, letting the deck disrupt opponents while advancing its board.
