Crescent Moon Consensus

Crescent Moon Consensus is a mono-blue Commander group-draw / draw-punisher combo-control deck built around Kami of the Crescent Moon. It floods the table with extra cards using effects like Howling Mine, Dictate of Kruphix, Temple Bell, Font of Mythos, and Teferi’s Puzzle Box, then turns all that drawing into a win.

Its main synergies are mill and draw-payoff engines such as Psychic Corrosion, Sphinx’s Tutelage, Teferi’s Tutelage, and Psychosis Crawler, letting opponents lose by decking out or taking mass damage from card draw. It also has alternate self-draw wins with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, Laboratory Maniac, and Triskaidekaphile, especially with huge draw spells like Blue Sun’s Zenith, Stroke of Genius, Pull from Tomorrow, and Prosperity. The deck protects its engine with a heavy counterspell and bounce control package, aiming to survive long enough to overwhelm the table with cards and convert that into mill, damage, or alternate-win conditions.
