MArvel R&W is a Modern Jeskai (white-blue-red) cascade / suspend-combo-control deck built to cheat out powerful zero-mana suspend spells.

Its main plan is to use Violent Outburst and Ardent Plea to cascade into either Crashing Footfalls for a fast board of Rhinos or Restore Balance to wipe out lands, creatures, and hands asymmetrically. The deck is built to break Restore Balance with cards like Greater Gargadon (sacrificing your own board in response) and by using low permanent counts. As Foretold provides another way to cast suspend spells for free, while Teferi, Time Raveler protects the combo and stops opponents from interacting at instant speed. Brazen Borrower, Fire // Ice, and Force of Negation give it a light control shell to survive until its cascade turns and lock in advantage.
