Sisay is a 5-color cEDH legendary-combo deck built around Sisay, Weatherlight Captain as a tutor engine. The deck ramps quickly with mana dorks, rocks, and multicolor producers like Bloom Tender, Faeburrow Elder, and Kinnan to activate Sisay early and chain legendary bullets directly from the library.

Its main game plan is to assemble fast combo wins, most notably Underworld Breach + Brain Freeze lines and Thassa’s Oracle as a clean finisher. Sisay also enables toolbox/stax play by finding disruptive legends like Drannith Magistrate, Lavinia, Grand Abolisher, Ranger-Captain of Eos, and Derevi, letting the deck pivot between slowing opponents down and forcing through its own combo. Overall, it wins by leveraging explosive mana, efficient tutors, and Sisay’s repeatable legendary tutoring to assemble protected combo kills.
