VIVI

VIVI is an Izzet (blue-red) spellslinger/storm Commander deck. It aims to chain together lots of cheap cantrips, rituals, and copy spells to generate mana and card advantage, then convert that into a big finishing turn.

Key synergies include:

• Rituals + cost reducers like Baral, Goblin Electromancer, Birgi, Desperate Ritual, Seething Song, and Mana Geyser to fuel explosive turns.
• Spell recursion/copying from Past in Flames, Underworld Breach, Mizzix’s Mastery, Twincast, Reiterate, and Increasing Vengeance to reuse or multiply key spells.
• Payoffs for casting spells such as Guttersnipe, Electrostatic Field, Young Pyromancer, Talrand, Murmuring Mystic, Third Path Iconoclast, and Storm-Kiln Artist.
