Thorin Oakenshield is a Boros (red-white) Commander deck that plays like a go-wide legendary/tribal tokens deck, blending Hobbits, Humans/Rohan, and Dwarves with lots of flavorful Lord of the Rings synergies.

Its main plan is to develop a board of small creatures and token-makers, then pump the team and attack wide with cards like Théoden, King of Rohan, Riders of Rohan, Rally at the Hornburg, Forth Eorlingas!, and anthem/equipment effects such as Flowering of the White Tree, Vanquisher’s Banner, Crown of Gondor, and Andúril.
