Sit Back and Enjoy

Sit Back and Enjoy is a Selesnya (green-white) Commander midrange/go-wide deck built around small creatures, +1/+1 counters, life gain, and token-style board development.

Its game plan is to curve out with efficient creatures and mana ramp, then grow the board through cards like Shanna, Sisay’s Legacy, Trelasarra, Moon Dancer, Cleric Class, and various “Talent/Class” style value engines. It has strong synergy between lifegain and creature growth, with cards like Anointer Priest, Essence Channeler, and Trelasarra rewarding repeated creature/token development. Several creatures also naturally want a wide board or bigger stats, helping pressure opponents in combat.

The deck usually wins by building a resilient battlefield and attacking with an enlarged team, often enhanced by +1/+1 counters, anthem-like effects, or combat pumps such as Trial of Solidarity and Ahn-Crop Champion. It supports this plan with light interaction and protection like Banishing Light, Wrath of God, and combat tricks/removal to keep momentum.
