Aura Blockade

Aura Blockade is an Orzhov (white-black) Commander stax/pillow-fort enchantment-control deck built around Eriette of the Charmed Apple. It locks down opposing creatures with cheap Auras like Pacifism, Ossification, Planar Disruption, Faith’s Fetters, Borrowed Time, and Minimus Containment, then uses Eriette to drain opponents for each enchanted creature you don’t control.

The deck slows the table with hate pieces like Rule of Law, Archon of Emeria, Drannith Magistrate, Blind Obedience, Authority of the Consuls, Ghostly Prison, and Sphere of Safety, while backing that up with lots of removal and sweepers. Its main win plan is incremental life drain and attrition, often amplified by Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Marauding Blight-Priest, Sanguine Bond, Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Kambal, and Sheoldred, the Apocalypse.
