Sai Thopter Foundry

Sai Thopter Foundry is a mono-blue artifact Commander deck built around Sai, Master Thopterist and a classic artifact-value / token-swarm game plan.

It aims to flood the board with cheap artifacts, turning them into Thopter tokens with Sai while generating card advantage from pieces like Vedalken Archmage, Thought Monitor, Thoughtcast, Shimmer Dragon, and Thopter Spy Network. Cost reducers such as Etherium Sculptor and Foundry Inspector help chain artifacts together quickly, while artifact payoffs like Master of Etherium, Chief of the Foundry, Steel Overseer, Nettlecyst, and Forsaken Monument turn the token army into a real threat.

The deck usually wins by going wide with boosted artifact creatures and Thopters, or by leveraging big artifact finishers like Myr Battlesphere, Kappa Cannoneer, Darksteel Juggernaut, and Broodstar. It also has a solid control shell with Counterspell, Negate, Aetherize, All Is Dust, and utility artifacts to protect its board and outvalue opponents over time.
