Hive Mind Overlord

Hive Mind Overlord is a 5-color Sliver tribal Commander deck with a light Hydra subtheme, built to snowball through mana acceleration, cost reduction, and stacked tribal synergies.

Its main plan is to flood the board with Slivers that all share abilities—cards like Gemhide Sliver, Manaweft Sliver, Cloudshredder Sliver, Crystalline Sliver, and Sliver Hivelord turn the team into a fast, resilient, evasive army. The First Sliver, Morophon, the Boundless, Training Grounds, and Aluren help deploy creatures quickly, while Sliver Queen + Mana Echoes can generate huge value and potentially explosive token turns.

The Hydra package (Kalonian Hydra, Primordial Hydra, Managorger Hydra, Doubling Season, Hydra’s Growth) gives the deck an alternate “go tall” threat plan, but the primary win condition is usually overwhelming combat damage from a massively buffed Sliver board, often amplified by Sliver Legion or finished with Finale of Devastation.
