Tolarian Cardstorm

Tolarian Cardstorm is a Dimir (blue-black) Commander combo-control deck built around Rona, Herald of Invasion // Rona, Tolarian Obliterator and cheap spells/artifacts.

Its main plan is to assemble untap/combo pieces like Freed from the Real, Pemmin’s Aura, Retraction Helix, Banishing Knack, Psionic Gift, or Viridian Longbow with Rona and mana rocks/legendary mana sources to generate repeated casts, untaps, or pings. The deck supports this with lots of cantrips, looting, and card draw like Ponder, Preordain, Brainstorm, Frantic Search, Windfall, Mystic Remora, and Phyrexian Arena to dig quickly.

It plays as a spell-heavy control shell, using efficient interaction and counters to protect the combo, while cards like Sai, Master Thopterist, Emry, Lurker of the Loch, Jhoira’s Familiar, and Relic of Legends add artifact value and combo support. It usually wins by **creating infinite or near-in
