Colossus Affinity Forge

Colossus Affinity Forge is a Modern artifact-based affinity/stompy deck, primarily blue-red with splashy multicolor mana from fast artifacts and utility lands. It aims to flood the board with cheap artifacts, leveraging cards like Ornithopter, Springleaf Drum, Welding Jar, Chromatic Sphere, and artifact lands to power out affinity and cost-reduction threats such as Frogmyr Enforcer, Thought Monitor, Patchwork Automaton, and Jhoira’s Familiar.

Its main synergies revolve around artifact density: Thoughtcast and Thought Monitor provide efficient card draw, Cranial Plating turns small creatures into serious attackers, and Metallic Mimic / Ugin’s Conjurant / Patchwork Automaton help build a scalable board. The deck closes games either by overwhelming with efficient artifact creatures and evasive threats like Gingerbrute/Smuggler’s Copter, or by cheating out huge finishers like Blightsteel Colossus and Darksteel Colossus ahead of schedule through explosive mana.
