Foxfire Stax

Foxfire Stax is a mono-white Commander stax/hatebears deck with a light tribal-Changeling package and equipment support. Its main plan is to slow opponents down with taxes and lock pieces like Rule of Law, Archon of Emeria, Thalia, Vryn Wingmare, Drannith Magistrate, Aven Mindcensor, Containment Priest, Hushbringer, and Authority of the Consuls, while using efficient white ramp and card draw to stay ahead.

The deck wins by grinding value and attacking with small creatures enhanced by lords/equipment, including Metallic Mimic, Adaptive Automaton, Mirror Entity, Skullclamp, Umezawa’s Jitte, Sword of Fire and Ice, and Sword of Feast and Famine. It also has a notable combo finish with Heliod, Sun-Crowned + Walking Ballista for infinite damage, plus utility recursion/value from cards like Auriok Salvagers and Emeria, the Sky Ruin. Overall, it aims to lock the table, generate incremental advantage, and close with combat or a compact combo.
