Spell Recycler

Spell Recycler is an Izzet (blue-red) spellslinger/tempo deck in Modern built around casting lots of cheap instants and sorceries to generate pressure and value.

Its main game plan is to fill the graveyard and chain cantrips/burn spells, enabling threats like Arclight Phoenix and Crackling Drake while growing creatures such as Monastery Swiftspear, Soul-Scar Mage, and Electrostatic Infantry. Cards like Opt, Consider, Thought Scour, and Faithless Looting help dig through the deck, stock the graveyard, and trigger prowess-style payoffs. Lightning Bolt and Guttersnipe provide reach, letting the deck finish opponents with direct damage while attacking with efficient, spell-fueled creatures.

Overall, it wins by overwhelming the opponent with recursive flyers, oversized threats, and repeated damage from a high density of cheap spells.
