Salvager

The "Salvager" deck is a Legacy format artifact-based combo deck primarily in black, with a splash of artifact synergy. It focuses on using cheap artifacts like Ornithopter, Mishra's Bauble, and Urza's Bauble to fuel explosive plays with Dark Ritual and Arcbound Ravager. The deck aims to generate value and pressure through recurring Myr Servitor with Arcbound Ravager to build a powerful board presence. The key win condition is leveraging Disciple of the Vault to deal incremental damage as artifacts are sacrificed or destroyed, often in conjunction with Cranial Plating to pressure life totals. Thoughtseize and Cabal Therapy provide disruption to protect the combo and clear the path for victory. The deck's primary strategy is to assemble an artifact-based combo that quickly drains the opponent's life while maintaining board control.
