Spiritbane 2

Spiritbane 2 is a Rakdos (black-red) Spirit/Arcane synergy deck for Modern with a sacrifice-attrition game plan.

It looks to win by grinding the opponent down with Spirit and Arcane interactions, especially cards like Thief of Hope, Infernal Kirin, Skyfire Kirin, and He Who Hungers, which reward you for casting Spirit or Arcane spells. Glacial Ray and Rend Flesh provide removal while also supporting the Spirit/Arcane theme, and Crack the Earth, Frostling, Nether Traitor, and the Zuberas help create value through sacrifice and recursion.

The deck’s overall plan is to control the board, chip away at the opponent’s hand and life total, and slowly overwhelm them through repeated value and attrition, rather than winning with one big finisher.
