Bart Simpson

Bart Simpson is a mono-black Commander infect/control deck. Its main plan is to chip opponents with poison counters using evasive infect creatures like Plague Stinger, Phyrexian Crusader, Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, and Flesh-Eater Imp, then finish them by proliferating with cards like Contagion Clasp, Contagion Engine, Karn’s Bastion, and Grim Affliction.

The deck also leans on a -1/-1 counter subtheme, with cards like Soul Snuffers, Carnifex Demon, Midnight Banshee, Black Sun’s Zenith, and Phyresis Outbreak controlling the board while synergizing with Necroskitter, Nest of Scarabs, and The Ozolith. Mono-black staples like Cabal Coffers, Urborg, Necropotence, Phyrexian Arena, and a deep suite of removal/wraths help it play a grindy control game until infect threats can close things out.
