This is a 5-color Dragon tribal reanimator/cheat-into-play Commander deck built around The Ur-Dragon, though the list is heavily centered in blue-black for tutoring, card draw, interaction, and graveyard recursion.

Its main plan is to get expensive Dragons into play without paying full cost. It does that through reanimation cards like Reanimate, Animate Dead, Necromancy, Exhume, Persist, Victimize, and Living Death, often setting up with Entomb or Buried Alive. It also has cheat effects like Quicksilver Amulet, Belbe’s Portal, and Cryptic Gateway to bypass Dragon mana costs directly from hand.

The deck supports this with fast mana and explosive ramp such as Sol Ring, Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual, Ancient Tomb, and Cabal Coffers/Urborg, letting it power out setup pieces quickly.
