Bulky

Bulky is a Bant (green-white-blue) Defender/Wall tribal commander deck built around Arcades, the Strategist. Its main plan is to flood the board with cheap walls and defenders, using Arcades, High Alert, and Assault Formation to turn high-toughness creatures into real attackers while also drawing cards from many of those wall drops.

The deck wins by overwhelming opponents with a board of large-toughness creatures attacking for big damage, often boosted by cards like Tower Defense or made harder to block with Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive and Rogue’s Passage. It also has strong defender synergies through Axebane Guardian and Overgrown Battlement for ramp, plus value walls like Wall of Omens, Wall of Blossoms, and Carven Caryatid. Backup token pressure from Wingmantle Chaplain and lots of efficient interaction/counters help it stabilize until it can swing with its walls.
