A 5-color Vintage “good-stuff” midrange/control deck built from powerful early-era staples. It uses fast mana like Black Lotus, Moxen, Sol Ring, and Dark Ritual to accelerate into disruptive threats and swingy spells, then wins with efficient creatures like Hypnotic Specter, Juggernaut, Serra Angel, Sengir Vampire, Mahamoti Djinn, and Shivan Dragon.

Its core plan is to trade resources and control the board with Counterspell, Swords to Plowshares, Terror, Lightning Bolt, Balance, Chaos Orb, Nevinyrral’s Disk, and Strip Mine/Maze of Ith, while generating advantage through Ancestral Recall, Timetwister, Braingeyser, Jayemdae Tome, and Library of Alexandria. Key synergies include Winter Orb plus artifact mana/Mishra’s Factory to break parity, Royal Assassin with Icy Manipulator or Maze effects, and tutor/recursion lines with Demonic Tutor and Regrowth. Overall, it aims to overpower the opponent with individually broken cards, mana acceleration, and resilient finishers.
