Budget Toxic Rush is a budget Infect aggro-combo deck in Sultai colors (green/blue/black), though it’s primarily green-blue with a light black splash. It aims to win by dealing 10 poison counters instead of 20 damage, often as early as turns 2–4.

Its core plan is to land a cheap Infect creature like Glistener Elf, Blighted Agent, Plague Stinger, or Ichorclaw Myr, then pump it with spells like Giant Growth, Groundswell, Mutagenic Growth, and Vines of Vastwood for a fast lethal swing. Distortion Strike and evasive Infect threats help push damage through blockers, while Apostle’s Blessing protects key attackers. Tainted Strike can also turn a non-Infect creature into a surprise poison kill. Overall, it’s a fast, low-cost deck focused on explosive combat math and protecting one threat long enough to end the game.
