Coward Scrap Reaper is a mono-red artifact-reanimator Commander deck built around Gornog, the Red Reaper. It plays like a midrange/value deck that ramps with mana rocks, fills the graveyard through looting and discard, then repeatedly recycles or cheats artifacts back into play.
