Green black

This is a Selesnya (green-white) Commander token/counters deck, not black-green despite the name. Its main plan is to flood the board with lots of creature tokens, then turn them into a lethal army with +1/+1 counter synergies and wide-board finishers.

Key synergies include token doublers like Anointed Procession, Parallel Lives, Mondrak, and Doubling Season, plus counter enhancers like Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, Conclave Mentor, Good-Fortune Unicorn, Cathars’ Crusade, and Mikaeus, the Lunarch. Cards like Felidar Retreat, Scute Swarm, Rhys the Redeemed, March of the Multitudes, Secure the Wastes, White Sun’s Zenith, and Elspeth, Sun’s Champion keep the token production flowing.

It usually wins by going wide and then pumping the team with effects like Overwhelming Stampede, Beastmaster Ascension, Gavony Township, or Cathars’ Crusade, often creating explosive turns with token doubling. The deck also has strong protection and resilience through **Teferi’s Protection, Heroic Intervention,
