Atraxa is a 4-color (WUBG) Commander deck built as a proliferate/counters value-control deck with a heavy big-mana top end.

Its core plan is to use Atraxa-style proliferate synergies with cards like Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider, Doubling Season, Evolution Sage, Thrummingbird, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, Brokers Ascendancy, and The Ozolith to grow all kinds of counters quickly—especially poison, loyalty, +1/+1, and charge counters. That supports subthemes like infect/toxic pressure with cards such as Phyresis Outbreak, Infectious Inquiry, Vraska’s Fall, and Vraska, Betrayal’s Sting, while also enabling artifact mana pieces like Astral Cornucopia and Magistrate’s Scepter.
