Entombed Cruelty

Entombed Cruelty is a Legacy Golgari-based Reanimator deck, primarily black with a light green splash. Its game plan is to dump huge creatures into the graveyard quickly using cards like Entomb and Putrid Imp, then bring them back ahead of curve with Reanimate, Exhume, and Animate Dead.

The deck wins by cheating in devastating threats such as Archon of Cruelty, Griselbrand, Ashen Rider, and Akroma, Angel of Wrath, overwhelming the opponent with massive bodies and powerful enter-the-battlefield effects. Dark Ritual helps accelerate explosive starts, while Thoughtseize clears the way against disruption. Overall, it’s a fast graveyard-combo deck that aims to land a game-ending reanimation target in the first few turns.
