Teysa

The "Teysa" Commander deck is an Orzhov (black and white) aristocrats deck that leverages a sacrifice-based strategy to win the game. The deck focuses on creating a cycle of sacrificing creatures for value, using cards like Teysa Karlov and Teysa, Orzhov Scion to double death triggers and generate additional tokens. Key synergies involve combining cards like Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Cruel Celebrant to drain opponents' life whenever creatures die.

The deck includes various sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer, Carrion Feeder, and Ashnod's Altar to facilitate sacrifices, drawing cards with Grim Haruspex and Midnight Reaper, and ramping mana with Pitiless Plunderer. Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos maintain board control by forcing opponents to sacrifice creatures whenever yours die.

With a suite of board wipes such as Damnation and Merciless Eviction, the deck can reset the board while benefiting from death triggers. The win condition often revolves around overwhelming opponents with life loss from multiple death triggers or grinding them out with persistent value and board presence.
