Hardened Scales Mono Green PIO

Mono-Green Counters Aggro/Midrange for Explorer. The deck is built around +1/+1 counter synergies, with Hardened Scales and The Ozolith / Ozolith, the Shattered Spire massively increasing how quickly creatures grow. It uses efficient green creatures and hydras like Voracious Hydra and Goldvein Hydra, plus mana acceleration from Llanowar Elves and utility lands like Castle Garenbrig, to deploy oversized threats ahead of curve.

The main game plan is to snowball the board with oversized creatures, keep counters flowing, and preserve value through The Ozolith when creatures die. It wins by overwhelming opponents with huge trampling or hard-to-answer creatures, while cards like Boseiju, Who Endures and Archdruid’s Charm provide flexible interaction and utility.
