Ghost Council Reservoir

Ghost Council Reservoir is an Orzhov (white-black) Aristocrats/lifegain Commander deck built around token generation, sacrifice outlets, and drain effects.

Its core plan is to flood the board with small creatures and tokens from cards like Bitterblossom, Ophiomancer, Jadar, Hidden Stockpile, Elenda, and Requiem Angel, then sacrifice them to Viscera Seer, Carrion Feeder, or Ashnod’s Altar for value. That fuels classic aristocrat payoffs like Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Cruel Celebrant, Bastion of Remembrance, and Elas il-Kor to slowly drain the table.

The deck also leans hard into lifegain synergies with Soul Warden, Soul’s Attendant, Suture Priest, Ajani’s Welcome, Daxos, and Authority of the Consuls, turning life gain into cards and damage through Well of Lost Dreams, Dawn of Hope, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Karlov of the Ghost Council, and especially Aetherflux Reservoir
