Soundwave, EJECT

Soundwave, EJECT is an Esper (white-blue-black) artifact/tokens commander deck that plays like a value-control swarm deck.

It aims to generate lots of artifact and creature tokens through cards like Bitterblossom, Ophiomancer, Sai, Master Thopterist, Talrand, Murmuring Mystic, Monastery Mentor, Sedgemoor Witch, Efficient Construction, Sharding Sphinx, and Thopter Spy Network, then turn that board into pressure and card advantage. The deck has strong synergy between casting noncreature spells/artifacts and making token armies, while anthem effects like Chief of the Foundry, Aven Wind Guide, and Intangible Virtue help those tokens hit harder.

The deck wins by going wide in the air, grinding value with Coastal Piracy/Bident of Thassa/Reconnaissance Mission/Skullclamp, or converting artifacts into explosive finishes with Cyberdrive Awakener or extra turns via Time Sieve. A solid suite of removal, counterspells, and board wipes lets it control the game until its token engine takes over.
