This is a Sultai (blue/black/green) Commander stax-control deck built around winter/snow themes and resource denial. Its main plan is to slow the table to a crawl with effects like Winter Orb, Static Orb, Tangle Wire, Root Maze, Frozen Aether, Stasis, Back to Basics, Trinisphere, and Oppression, while using mana dorks, untap effects, and cards like Jorn, God of Winter, Seedborn Muse, and Wilderness Reclamation to break parity and function under its own lock pieces.

The deck wins by grinding opponents out of resources, controlling the board with sweepers and efficient interaction, then finishing through a few key threats or combos—most notably Dark Depths + Thespian’s Stage for a fast Marit Lage, along with value beaters like Ohran Frostfang, snow synergies, and incremental advantage from cards like Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora.
