Teval

Teval is a Sultai (black-green-blue) graveyard value/reanimator Commander deck. Its main plan is to self-mill and fill the graveyard with cards like Stitcher’s Supplier, Hedron Crab, Hermit Druid, Mental Note, Life from the Loam, and Sidisi, Brood Tyrant, then turn the graveyard into a second hand with recursion pieces such as Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Reanimate, Living Death, Phyrexian Reclamation, and Tortured Existence.

The deck grinds value through lands and graveyard synergies, using cards like Dakmor Salvage, Crucible of Worlds, The Gitrog Monster, Field of the Dead, and fetchlands to keep resources flowing. It can win by overwhelming the board with recursive creatures/tokens, then closing with a big finisher like Craterhoof Behemoth, or by draining opponents through graveyard churn with Syr Konrad, the Grim. Utility cards like Wonder and Brawn help turn a large board into a lethal attack.
