Ultimate Mutation is a Sultai (blue/black/green) Commander mutate tribal deck built around stacking mutate creatures onto cheap evasive bodies and changelings to generate repeated value. Its core plan is to land a safe mutation target like Changeling Outcast, then pile on mutate creatures such as Otrimi, Brokkos, Gemrazer, Sea-Dasher Octopus, and Auspicious Starrix for a single growing threat that triggers multiple mutate abilities.

The deck leans on tribal support and type-changing effects like Maskwood Nexus, Arcane Adaptation, Xenograft, and Reflections of Littjara to make the whole board synergize, while cards like Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief and Irenicus’s Vile Duplication can copy or multiply key mutate targets. It wins by building a huge, hard-to-block mutated creature, grinding out value from repeated mutate triggers, and finishing with combat damage or a big Overwhelming Stampede swing.
