Riku is a Temur (blue-red-green) Commander spellslinger/copy-combo deck built around Riku of Two Reflections and other copy effects. Its main plan is to ramp early, then chain together instants and sorceries while repeatedly copying key spells for extra value, damage, or storm-like finishes.
