Puny Banner is a Temur (blue/red/green) cEDH combo-ramp Commander deck built around Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy and Thrasios, Triton Hero, with fast mana, efficient dorks, and heavy interaction.

Its main game plan is to accelerate quickly with mana rocks/dorks that Kinnan boosts, then convert that mana into cards and wins through Thrasios or explosive combo lines. Key synergies include Basalt Monolith + Kinnan for infinite mana, which lets Thrasios draw through the deck, and Rings of Brighthearth + Basalt Monolith as another infinite-mana package. The deck also supports strong bounce-combo finishes with Hullbreaker Horror or Tidespout Tyrant plus cheap artifacts, and value/combo lines with Peregrine Drake + Deadeye Navigator. It wins by generating overwhelming/infinite mana, drawing into its deck, and finishing via Finale of Devastation, massive board advantage, or deterministic combo loops, while protecting the plan with free countermagic and efficient removal.
