Yuriko

Yuriko is a Dimir (blue-black) Ninja tempo/aggro Commander deck built around Yuriko, the Tiger’s Shadow. Its main plan is to land cheap evasive creatures like Changeling Outcast, Slither Blade, and Triton Shorestalker, then ninjutsu Yuriko and other Ninjas into play to generate repeated combat-damage triggers.

The deck wins by snowballing card advantage and draining the table through Yuriko’s reveal trigger, while using topdeck manipulation like Brainstorm, Ponder, Preordain, and Soothsaying to set up high mana value flips such as Temporal Trespass, Commit // Memory, and Dig Through Time for big damage. Supporting Ninjas like Ingenious Infiltrator, Fallen Shinobi, and Mist-Syndicate Naga add more pressure and value, while efficient interaction and countermagic keep opponents off balance. Overall, it’s a low-curve evasive tempo deck that turns small unblockable attackers into explosive card draw and life loss.
