Wheel of Agony is a Grixis (blue-black-red) Nekusar wheel/punisher combo deck in Commander. Its main plan is to repeatedly make everyone draw and discard new hands with cards like Wheel of Fortune, Windfall, Timetwister, Echo of Eons, Dark Deal, and Whispering Madness, while punishing those draws with Nekusar, the Mindrazer, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Orcish Bowmasters, Fate Unraveler, Underworld Dreams, Megrim, Liliana’s Caress, and Psychosis Crawler.

The deck wins by turning wheel effects into huge bursts of damage and attrition, often draining the whole table at once. It also has strong lock/swing pieces like Narset, Parter of Veils and Notion Thief, which make wheels devastating by stripping opponents’ hands while denying or stealing their draws.
