Wheeler is a Grixis (blue-black-red) Nekusar wheels deck in Commander, built as a disruptive combo/control shell.

Its main plan is to resolve Nekusar, the Mindrazer or similar payoff pieces like Underworld Dreams, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Fate Unraveler, Liliana’s Caress, Megrim, and Waste Not, then cast wheel effects such as Wheel of Fortune, Windfall, Dark Deal, Whispering Madness, Echo of Eons, and Reforge the Soul. These force everyone to draw and discard, turning those effects into massive damage, discard punishment, and mana/card advantage.

Key synergies include lock pieces like Narset, Parter of Veils or Notion Thief with wheels to strip opponents’ hands while you pull far ahead, plus Teferi’s Puzzle Box with Nekusar-style effects for repeated draw punishment. It also has a strong combo finish through Underworld Breach + Brain Freeze and powerful tutor density to assemble wins quickly.
