Wheel of Agony is a Grixis (blue-black-red) Nekusar wheels/punisher deck. Its main plan is to force everyone to draw and discard lots of cards with wheel effects like Windfall, Dark Deal, Reforge the Soul, Whispering Madness, Day’s Undoing, Echo of Eons, and Teferi’s Puzzle Box, then punish those draws with Nekusar, the Mindrazer, Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Spiteful Visions, Liliana’s Caress, Megrim, and Psychosis Crawler.

The deck plays like a group-draw control/combo-burn commander deck: it ramps with rocks, keeps the board in check with removal and counters, then lands a payoff and chains wheels to drain the table quickly. Key synergies include Nekusar + wheel effects, Puzzle Box + draw-punish pieces, and Niv-Mizzet / Psychosis Crawler turning mass card draw into direct damage.
